Terms of payment:

All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.

The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".

A payment that is not sent through PayPal (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.

If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.

Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
Specific conditions:
Pour les frais (port, emballage et protection) Cartatof applique un forfait par facture pour les envois en France : quel que soit le nombre d'objets à envoyer le prix du port sera inchangé ! Vous avez donc tout intérêt à grouper vos achats pour faire de bonnes affaires ! Pensez-y !
(Pour les envois à l'étranger, des forfaits 3, 20, 50, 100 objets seront appliqués)
Règlement par Mangopay de préférence (car je n'aurai pas de frais à payer) ou par virement (via Mangopay) ou par PAYPAL (dans ce cas j'aurai des frais à payer…).
ATTENTION :
La charte Delcampe prévoit maintenant que les factures doivent être payées dans un délai de 14 jours à compter de leur émission. A défaut de paiement e à l'issue de ce délai, les ventes seront annulées avec évaluation négative (faute de quoi le règlement du site prévoit de responsabiliser le vendeur en lui facturant les commissions impayées …)

Offres inférieures : Les demandes de rabais audelà de 5% sur les articles mis en vente à moins de 5€ seront systématiquement refusées .
