All items over 20€ will be sent by REGISTERED MAIL with no insurance (unless you specifically decline it). Items 20€ or less will be sent by REGULAR MAIL. Insurance is only available upon request and recommended for items over 100€. On uninsured shipments we will take no resposibility for loss or damage. If you prefer insurance, which is totally optional, you must let us know so the amount can be added to postage fees. If you do not wish this insurance (do not inform us) you will be solely responsible for the shipment in case you never receive it. Once insurance rate is given then add this amount to your payment and let us know you want insurance. Any items to be insured must carry Declared Value (Customs Declaration).
We generally use the Spanish Postal Service (Correos) to mail out items but if you prefer more expensive like International Postal Express Mail (or other services like DHL, FedEx, etc.) please let us know and be prepared to pay the full cost charged by the carrier you request.
Sending costs will be paid by the purchaser.
Shipments within Spanish National Territory, the cost will be 1.00 €uro by ordinary mail and 5.00 €uros by registered mail (normal letter up to 20 grams).
Shipments within European Union the cost will be 2.00 €uros by ordinary mail and 6.50 €uros by registered mail (normal letter up to 20 grams).
Worldwide shipments the cost will be 2.00 €uros by ordinary mail and 6.50 €uros by registered mail (normal letter up to 20 grams).
For the purchase of two or more items only one shipment fee will be charged subject to weight and Post Office tariff.
Specific conditions:
Bidding or buying any of our items implies that the buyer accepts all terms of sale, payment & shipping methods.
We will not be held responsible for shipments misplaced, lost or stolen by corrupt postal services due to the customer declining on additional costs for Insurance.
The lots must be paid before 7 days after the sale date or we will reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item again.
We accept refunds only if there is a fault in the stamp that was not described. The original item must be returned within 7 days in the same condition that is was received and by registered mail.
All of our items have been described meticulously and guaranteed to be genuine unless we specify otherwise. If you wish to expertise the lot by an Expert Committee, all costs arised must be accepted by the buyer.
