Terms of payment:

All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.

A payment that is not sent through PayPal (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.

If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.

Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.

All of our banknotes are UNC condition, if we don't do extra description.
Payment by PayPal need add 4% charge, if you pay by PayPal with friend and family method, the 4% charge will be remove. We can accept USD GBP by PayPal (friend and family method only).

Because of Austrian Post change the rules, all registered mail only €50 insurance, normal letter insurance is 0. Ship to EU, postage is 14 euros for graded notes (PMG or PCGS graded) extra pcs each 2 euros. 10 Euros for ungraded notes and each addition 10 pcs is 2 euro.
Before I send the invoice，I will send message to buyer in Delcampe to ask payment method, if you want pay by paypal ( service and goods) , I will add 4% amount on the shipping cost. For example, if you buy 100 euros items and shipping is 10 euros, if you want pay by delcampe pay (mangopay ) , the invoice will be 110 euros exclude platform fee, if you want pay by paypal, the invoice will be 100 euro + 14 euros (extra 4 euros is cover the charge from paypal 4% of amount ) exclude platform fee.
