* Responsabilité :
Je m´engage à protéger le plus efficacement possible les envois mais je ne saurais être tenu pour responsable de la dégradation, de la perte ou du retard de la Poste. Envoi en lettre suivie ou en recommandé est fortement conseillé.

* Litiges pour non-paiement :
Malheureusement il y a encore certains petits rigolos (avec parfois nombre de notes négatives) pour qui Delcampe est un terrain de jeu : ils achètent, font le mort, ne paient pas et font perdre du temps. Je suis assez compréhensif, mais qu'en au bout d'un mois, aucun paiement reçu malgré 3 rappels, un litige est automatiquement ouvert et si aucun paiement l'acheteur reçoit sa ou ses notes négatives et est mis sur liste noire.
