1. ORDER PLACEMENT

2. PAYMENT
Pay at check out on the site
3. ORDER PROCESSING
The order will be prepared for a shipment from 24 hours to 5 business days after receiving the payment notification
4. SHIPPING TERMS
International shipments :
All orders above 15 € will be sent with registered mail
Shipments within Portugal :
For the products located in Lisbon all orders of 15 or more euros will be sent with registered mail
Orders below 15 euros will be sent by normal mail
Shipping costs will be communicated to the client on the payment request
5. RETURNS / REFUNDS
In case the product received by the client wouldn’t match the visible status of the site photos as well as the comments indicated / mentioned by the seller, the client has 7 business days from the reception of the product to communicate the situation to the seller and if necessary return the product to the seller duly packaged by tracked mail with acknowledgment of receipt.
After receiving the shipment the seller will execute the exchange and send to their costs the new shipment to the client or will refund the product value.
