If you have archived a purchase or a complete payment request and wish to unarchive it, you can do so via "My purchases" page.

To unarchive a purchase

  1. Go to the "My purchases: Archived" page
  2. Find the purchase or payment request and click on "Retrieve from archive"
  3. The payment request is moved to the tab corresponding to its status before archiving.

You can unarchive a purchase up to 2 months after it has been archived. After this period, the "Retrieve from archive" button will no longer appear.
