All payments are made via Mangopay. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may have consequences for the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.
All prices include the Delcampe platform fees, which are ridiculously high for cheap lots, but what can I do?
For example,
- 0,36€ (0,30€ + 10%) for an item with a fixed price 0,63€
- 0,40€ for an item with a fixed price 1,00€, etc.
No management fees.
Only Delcampe/Mangopay accepted.
PayPal is no longer accepted due to too high commission fees.
Due to Putin's terrorist activities against Ukraine and war crimes committed by Russian military forces in Ukraine, I will not sell to Russia or its allies.
I combine shipping costs if you buy two or more items.
I collect only the actual mailing fees of Finland Post:
Mailing costs for letters 0..20 gr. (stamps or one postcard or one maxicard)
* 2,30 € in priority mail worldwide
Mailing costs for letters 20..50 gr. (one envelope, few post cards, maxicards, sheets)
* 3,40 € in priority mail within Europe
* 4,90 € in priority mail outside Europe
Mailing costs for letters > 50 gr. (multiple envelopes, postcards, maxicards, sheets)
* 4,90 € in priority mail within Europe
* 9,90 € in priority mail outside Europe
I am not responsible for lost or damaged items unless mailed as insured.
Insuration is extra and very expensive.
