Shipping and handling

Please read carefully the terms of shipping:
In order for the shipment to be delivered to the customer/buyer on time, it is necessary, when registering, to list a valid delivery address and it is optional to add phone No. In case of ordering accessories you will be contact directly from our administration. Because the price of accessories is depending of few different factors like destination country or weight of the pacage.   
During buying process you will be able to choose between the following shipping options for your items:

2) REGULAR MAIL
Price of regular mail is depending of quantity of items not of the delivery adress.

For amounts more then 9 Euro we don t ship items with regular mail.
Regular mail for postcards lower then 9 E is on buyers risk. We are not responsabile for items that are put in mail and buyer didn t receieve because he wonted only regular mail. For regular mail Post office doesn t return any compensation. 
It is exceptionally possible to send postcards more expensive than 9 E by regular mail only if the payment is to a bank account.

From 1-5 items-price is 2 E.
From 6-20 items-price is 3 E
 

2) REGISTERED MAIL
For amounts more then 50 Euro we don t ship items with regular mail.
Price for the registered mail is depending of delivery adress. For croatian citizens the price of the registered mail is fixed and it is 2E.
For other citizens of Eu or other countries price for registered mail is as listed:

From 1-5 items-price is 6 E.
From 6-15 items-price is 7 E
From 16-35 items-price is 10 E.
More then 36 items-price is 15 E.

3) INSURED MAIL to Europe, Japan, China
For amounts more then 50 e we ship items with insured mail to Europe, Japan, China. 
For 50-100 E amount
From 1-4 items-price is 9 E.
From 5-15 items-price is 10 E
From 16-35 items-price is 12 E.
More then 36 items-price is 17 E.

For 101-200 E amount
From 1-4 items-price is 10 E.
From 5-15 items-price is 11 E
From 16-35 items-price is 13 E.
More then 36 items-price is 18 E.

For amount 201 - 400 
From 1-4 items-price is 12 E.
From 5-15 items-price is 13 E
From 16-35 items-price is 15 E.
More then 36 items-price is 20 E.

For amount 401 - 1000 
From 1-4 items-price is 15 E.
From 5-15 items-price is 17 E
From 16-35 items-price is 19 E.
More then 36 items-price is 25 E.

For amount 1001 - 2000 (for some countrys the limit of amount is lower then 2000 E - must be 2 insured mail)
From 1-4 items-price is 20 E.
From 5-15 items-price is 22 E
From 16-35 items-price is 24 E.
More then 36 items-price is 30 E.

4) INSURED MAIL to United States, Canada, Australia
For amounts more then 50 e we ship items with insured mail to United States, Canada, Australia. 
For 50-240 E amount
From 1-100 items-price is 25 E.

For amount 241 - 400 
From 1-100 items-price is 35 E.

For amount 401 - 650 
From 1-100 items-price is 40 E.

For amount 651 - 900 E
From 1-100 items-price is 45 E.

For amount 901 - 1300 E
From 1-100 items-price is 50 E.

5. NO POSSIBILITY TO SEND INSURED MAIL to Germany, United Kingdom

We shipping in one registered mail postcards value till 50 E.
If you buy few postcards of value more then 50 E, we ship in several registered mail letters.


Costs of the listed shipping methods, except for personally collecting the item, are not included in the price and are charged extra.

The shipment is delivered  5-14 business days after payment
In case you do not pick up the items on time but you have received the notice of shipment delivery, you bear the costs of returning the item to the us and re-sending. You will be given an invoice for these costs which you will need to pay before the item is shipped again.
