(1) The total shipping cost has to be paid by the buyer:
When sold I make a calculation of the real cost as a best effort in a standard and for higher values in a secure way.
These costs can depend on the value, weight, destination, and payment method. It is a fact that all postal service increased their shipping costs. Protecting an item can also result in higher weights which can increase the shipping costs considerably.
Please be aware of these costs before you make a bid, or send me a message in advance if you have questions .
I spend a considerable amount of time to do the calculations, packing and handling at zero cost, In return I expect an open communication from the buyer.
Feel free to communicate about the shipping costs: If I calculate the shipping cost as a registered letter but you prefer to have the item shipped unregistered, it may be possible to remove the registered cost, however you have to request this and formally reconfirm that all risks of loss will be for you as a buyer. (see also point 2 below)
It is possible for the buyer to further optimise shipping costs by combining multiple items in one shipping.

- Belgium - Normal letter - 1,50 € ( And more depending on the weight )
- Belgium - Tracked package - 7€ ( And more depending on the weight, advised for values over €50 )
- Belgium - Insured package - 8,5€ ( And more depending on the weight, advised for values over €100 )
- Europe - Normal letter - 3,00 € ( And more depending on the weight )
- Europe - Tracked package - 19,9€ ( And more depending on the weight )
- USA - Tracked package - 39,9€ ( And more depending on the weight )
(2) item description and risks for postal loss or damage:
I try to describe the item as correctly and honestly as possible.
The attached pictures are part of the item description.
For vintage items faults, smears, tears and other imperfections are usually considered as normal for its age.
I take great care in protecting items with plastic and cardboard.
Items can still be folded, drenked or bumped while in transit,
consequently all risks for loss and damage during postal transit are for the buyer.
Buyer is encouraged to request for tracking, registered shipping, extra packing or insurance at the cost of the buyer.
In no case the seller is obliged to pay for damage or loss for items in transit.
If the buyer does not agree with these risks, the buyer has to take the initiative
to request for a registered shipping, extra protection and extra insurance in advance of shipping.
By not requesting such extra services the buyer explicitly agrees to be responsible for all loss or damage.
When an item needs to be shipped back the shipping return costs at maximum protection are for the buyer.
(3) Cancellation of the order:
The order can be cancelled and considered invalid for several reasons, for example (non-exhaustive):
- when the buyer refuses to pay any third-party costs
- when we cannot agree on the total shipping cost or risk of the shipment
- when there was an error in the item description or wrong picture
- when the item is not available anymore due to an error
- when the item is not paid within two weeks
(4) Group discounts:
For multiple items >3 and a total higher value purchase,
a reasonable discount (usually between 10% and 20%) or free shipping is possible.
