Terms & Conditions: 

• 1.1  Please read the following bidding policies prior to bidding. By placing a bid you agree with and are bound by all of the conditions mentioned below.
• 1.2  You have read the auction description fully and agree to all terms stated.
• 1.3  You agree to abide by our return policy stated below
• 1.4  You agree to provide us with an opportunity to resolve any outstanding concerns to your complete satisfaction; we will do our best to resolve ANY situation to your utmost satisfaction.
• 1.5  You agree to use delcampe resolution centre to resolve any outstanding issues before any negative or neutral feedback is given.
• 1.6.1  Users who have no feedback or have low feedbacks will not be able to to buy high value items (above 30 USD / 23.00 EUR / 18.50 GBP), when they intend to pay via PayPal.
• 1.6.2  Users who have no feedback or have low feedbacks will not be able to to buy banknotes which are legal tender in their country.
• 1.7  People who purchased one of our products, or gave us their email address so they could receive updates from  us, will be subscribe to our Subscribers List automatically.

Payment  Policy:   

• 2.1  Full payment must be received within 7 days from the end of an auction or the auction will be void.
• 2.2  We reserve the right to re-list the item if payment is not received within the 7 days after the auction close.
• 2.3  All sales are final!! So please read all description carefully before bidding!
• 2.4  Payment instructions & confirmation will be emailed at the end of an auction to the highest bidder.
• 2.5  We are not responsible for any locally imposed duties or taxes. 
• 2.6  Based on  local tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay VAT (Also apply to shipping & handling costs)

Shipping  Policy:

• 3.1  Normally, goods will be shipped within 4-6 days after payment received. Some orders ship the same day dependant on how busy we are and the time of day your payment is received.
  It is our belief that once a product is paid for, it should be shipped as soon as possible.
• 3.2  Some coins, stamps &  banknotes orders will shipped up to 21 business days after payment!
• 3.3  Shipping is unavailable to the following territories: Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Bahrain, Dubai, Fujairah, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Pakistan, Palestine Authority, Perim, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Yemen.
  Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah,  Umm al Kaiwain, United Arab Emirates, West Bank (Palestinian National Authority), Western Sahara, Yemen
• 3.4  I require all packages that valued more than 30.00 USD / 23.00 EUR / 18.50 GBP to be insured.
• 3.5  Insurance is  require to the following: Africa, Asia, South America & East Europe
• 3.6  We will update our customers with the tracking number upon demand !
• 3.7  We will return Insurance payment after official postal inquiry (about 6 month!)
• 3.8  We obligate to update our customers on all the inquiry stages.
• 3.9  We offer shipping discounts on multiple item purchases.
• 3.10  Buyers can send one combined payment for all items purchased from us within 7 days.
• 3.11  Shipping and handling Charge for the highest shipping cost and add an amount.
• 3.12  95% of our products ship from our warehouse in Israel, in some cases we may ship from Romania or another state.

Returns  Policy: 

• 4.1  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please return it to us for a full refund with no restocking fee.
• 4.2  Clearly label a non-returnable item as such in the item description will be not refunded.
• 4.3  Ship the item back to us in the original packaging with all of the originally sent accessories and/or documentation listed in the original auction.
• 4.4  Item must be returned within 14 days after the buyer receives it
• 4.5  Process refunds within 30 days of receiving an authorized return.
• 4.6  Refund will be given as Money Back
• 4.7  We do not refund Shipping. We will however refund the shipping fees on items that were shipped in error on our part.
